As a Senior Product Communications Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of this purpose-driven organization, helping shape its corporate voice and communicate the impact of its products and services.
You are a strategic storyteller and digital communications expert who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. With your extensive toolkit of content creation, stakeholder engagement, and marketing strategies, you will raise the profile of CIRA and help build a meaningful narrative around its innovative products and initiatives.
Develop and execute communications strategies focused on CIRA's product offerings, including cybersecurity tools and the Internet Performance Test.
Collaborate with business units and marketing teams to support product messaging and corporate goals.
Create compelling product-related materials including blog posts, web content, social media, product briefs, and event collateral.
Contribute regularly to CIRA’s editorial calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality content across all platforms.
Maintain a strong and consistent voice across communications, ensuring technical accuracy and brand alignment.
Monitor and report on content performance using web and social media analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in communications, including content marketing, social media, and media relations.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong asset.
Excellent storytelling and editorial skills across digital platforms.
Proficient in content management systems (WordPress preferred), email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp), and HTML.
Ability to develop multimedia content (text, audio, video) and manage publishing platforms.
Fluency in English is essential; bilingualism (English/French) is highly recommended.
