Zynga, a global leader in interactive entertainment and a proud label of Take-Two Interactive, is hiring a Sr. Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships, international expansion, and revenue growth initiatives. With a portfolio spanning iconic titles such as FarmVille™, Words With Friends™, and CSR Racing™, Zynga connects millions of players globally through innovative gaming experiences.
This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing business partnerships across four key areas: International Expansion, IP Licensing, Alternative Stores, and Emerging Platforms. The position reports to the Senior Director of Business Development based in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Zynga’s portfolio, including outreach to potential partners.
Deal Structuring & Proposal Development: Create tailored presentations, pitch decks, and financial models to support deal negotiations and collaboration with studios.
Contract & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with legal, finance, and studio teams to manage contract submissions, respond to legal queries, and align on deal terms and timelines.
Post-Deal Performance Tracking: Monitor deal outcomes, measure KPIs, and conduct post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Market Research & Competitive Insights: Analyze emerging markets (India, LATAM, Japan, China) and competitor strategies to guide global expansion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, etc.). MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Finance, or similar within the gaming industry.
Expertise in financial modeling, deal structuring, and project management with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including F2P, IAP, ads, monetization, cloud, and subscription gaming.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to develop compelling presentations.
Experience with contract drafting and negotiation is a plus.
Willingness to relocate if required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary between $114,400 – $160,125 annually, with additional eligibility for bonuses, equity awards, 401(K), and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
