Our client, a leading organization focused on innovation and large-scale transformation initiatives, is seeking a Senior Business Consultant – Organizational Transformation. This role will lead strategic transformation initiatives that enhance organizational responsiveness, adaptability, and execution across complex multi-stakeholder environments. The position involves advising leadership teams, designing new operating models, and implementing agile ways of working to support enterprise-wide change. This is a 1 year contract and Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on enterprise transformation initiatives that improve organizational agility, responsiveness, and strategic execution.
- Assess existing workflows, operating models, and cross-functional dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment.
- Design and implement frameworks that enable more efficient execution, collaboration, and adaptability across teams.
- Guide teams in adopting agile principles, change enablement practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Partner with executive leadership, global program teams, and public/private partners to drive transformation initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in organizational transformation, agile ways of working, or enterprise consulting.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex multi-country or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong expertise in operating model design and cross-functional collaboration frameworks.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement and agile transformation frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex governance structures and public-private partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
- Experience developing clear, structured program content and transformation frameworks.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in social impact, education, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to innovation ecosystems, emerging markets, or government relations environments.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar enterprise agile operating models.
