Description:

Innergex, a leading independent renewable energy producer managing a significant portfolio in Canada, the U.S., France, and Chile, is seeking a Senior Business and Systems Analyst – Procurement. Reporting to the Head of IT Solutions Delivery, this role is responsible for the evolution and management of the Oracle Fusion ERP procurement modules. You will translate business requirements into innovative solutions, provide functional support, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Evolution: Manage procurement modules, define vision with stakeholders, and plan projects within Oracle Fusion.

  • Analysis and Documentation: Gather and translate business requirements into actionable ERP solutions.

  • Configuration and Testing: Handle configuration, regression testing, and change coordination.

  • Support and Training: Assist users, coordinate with services and vendors, and develop training plans.

  • Change Management: Facilitate adoption of new concepts and regulations among clients.

  • Best Practices: Promote best practices, identify value-added solutions, and lead deployment.

  • Functional Support: Respond to user questions, manage incidents, and maintain documentation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities and monitor technological and functional advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent in procurement or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in ERP system management (Oracle Fusion – SCM and Finance modules).

  • Knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and expense reporting modules.

  • Oracle Fusion certification and business analysis certification are assets.

  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

  • Results-oriented, problem-solving skills, and process simplification experience.

  • Client-focused with functional and business analysis experience, requirement gathering, and system solution translation.

  • Experience with ERP implementation projects (traditional and Agile approaches) is an asset.

  • Bilingual (French and English) required; Spanish is a plus.
