🔹 Must-Have Skills
5+ years of Power BI experience
3+ years of Power Automate experience
7+ years of resource utilization tracking and management
7+ years of stakeholder management and I&IT performance KPI reporting
7+ years of experience identifying IT operational costs and savings opportunities
7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise portfolio management tools such as Asana, JIRA, etc.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong business requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement experience
Experience developing Power BI reports and performing data analysis
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Develop functional/non-functional requirements and business rules
Conduct business, process, data flow, and use-case modeling
Manage stakeholders and report I&IT-wide performance KPIs
Track resource utilization, overtime, and project progress
Identify OPEX savings opportunities related to hardware and software
Prepare presentations, briefing notes, communication materials, and business analysis artifacts
Support hiring and onboarding of I&IT resources
Develop performance measures and traceability matrices
Work with stakeholders and Finance to validate savings
Support portfolio reporting tools and business analysis best practices
