Description:
Atlantic Packaging is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Transformation Management Office, contributing to the organization’s digital strategy through systems, data, and automation. As a Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in IT transformation projects, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing business processes, and ensuring smooth digital implementation.
This is a hybrid role based in Scarborough, Ontario, requiring occasional travel within North America.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Act as a Functional Lead for IT transformation projects from initiation to execution.
Collaborate with Business Process Owners to drive effective business transformations.
Lead requirement elicitation, validation, and documentation for various business processes.
Develop conceptual system designs, including business requirement documents, high-level use cases, and mockups.
Ensure smooth adoption of new systems by integrating them into existing workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Form strong, trust-based relationships with business and functional leaders.
Act as a strategic partner to challenge assumptions, push for improvements, and escalate issues when necessary.
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users, translating complex IT concepts into user-friendly language.
Testing & Implementation
Develop and execute QA and testing strategies, including test plans and test cases.
Support business teams in identifying defects, prioritizing fixes, and establishing workarounds.
Lead change management initiatives and transition projects to business-as-usual activities.
Education: University degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PBA certification required.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in ERP and technology implementations (preferably in Manufacturing).
Expertise in business process modeling, data modeling, and system integration.
Experience working with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance (a plus).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and SAFE methodologies.
Ability to develop prototypes and mockups to visualize business requirements.

Bilingual (English & French) proficiency is an advantage.
