Senior Business Analyst

Description:

We have an exciting 6 months contract opportunity with possible extension for a Senior Business Analyst (eCommerce) in Toronto, ON.

This is a hybrid role (2 days in office (Wed/Thurs), additional days may be required).

Must haves:
· 3+ years of experience defining requirements for eCommerce implementations and enhancements
· Understanding of integrated eCommerce technical solutions (e.g., payments, ERP, financial reconciliation)
· 3+ years of Expertise in eCommerce flows (Browse, Cart, Checkout & Payment, Customer Support).
