Description:

SS&C Technologies, a leading global provider of financial services and healthcare technology solutions headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, is seeking a Senior Associate, Investor Services to join their growing team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for fund investors and managers, handling email and telephone correspondence, investor subscription and redemption activities, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You will manage investor statements, facilitate wire transfers, and coordinate with fund management to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.

The position offers a hybrid work model from either Toronto (200 Front Street West) or Mississauga (5255 Orbitor Drive), with flexibility in working hours, a casual dress code, and professional development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for investors and fund managers, managing communication and transaction updates.

  • Process investor subscription and redemption requests in compliance with fund offering documents and AML regulations.

  • Prepare and distribute investor statements, letters, and miscellaneous documents.

  • Validate and maintain accurate distribution information.

  • Prepare and process wire transfer instructions using various banking platforms.

  • Confirm expected cash activities and coordinate with fund accounting teams.

  • Participate in process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration or Investor/Shareholder services.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures is an asset.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to work overtime and provide coverage on Canadian holidays as needed.
