Senior Analyst

Description:

As Senior Analyst, Regional Data and Decision Support, you will provide expertise in regional data, reporting, and knowledge translation to support FNHA’s data strategy and Nation and Community priorities. You will work with managers and technology teams to translate reporting and data needs into effective solutions, support regional and enterprise reporting, advance community data engagement, and turn complex information into clear, culturally appropriate insights that support planning and decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have -

Education
 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or related field required or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
   

Experience
 

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise-scale projects
• Prove experience in knowledge translation, including translating technical requirements into clear, accessible information for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Healthcare experience is considered an asset
