Senior Analyst

Description:

As the Senior Analyst, Regional Information Management and Research you will lead information management and data strategy initiatives that directly support regional priorities and community needs. You will work closely with regional teams, First Nations and community partners to translate complex data and technical requirements into clear, practical solutions that strengthen reporting, workflows, and decision-making. You will also support regional capacity-building in data and information management, ensuring alignment with OCAP principles, privacy standards, and FNHA strategic goals. Through strong collaboration and communication, you will help advance effective, community-informed information management practices across the region.

To be successful in this position, you will bring strong expertise in information management, data analysis, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. You will demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships with regional teams, First Nations and community partners, while supporting capacity-building and aligning work with community priorities and OCAP principles. You will also bring excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to advance effective, regionally responsive data and information management practices.

Education, Training And Experience
 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or a related field.
• 5-7 years of significant, recent and relevant experience in enterprise-scale projects.
• Proven experience in translating technical requirements into clear, accessible information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in working successfully with First Nations communities and First Nations health programs and services.
