Description:

Mastercard, a global technology company powering digital payments across more than 200 countries, is seeking a Senior Analyst, B2B Integrated Capability Marketing to join its Mastercard Services division. This critical role is designed for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative marketing professional to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that position Mastercard Services’ capabilities effectively to business audiences.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with campaign planning and execution, performance analytics, strategic storytelling, and cross-functional teaming. The role involves crafting compelling marketing narratives, driving campaign strategies, and analyzing results to influence and enhance B2B marketing performance globally.

Key Responsibilities:

🟨 Capability Positioning & Strategic Messaging

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer buying behavior, competitor landscape, and market positioning.

  • Create and refine customer-centric messaging for Mastercard Services capabilities.

  • Translate messaging into strategic marketing stories that support branding and commercial growth.

🟨 Integrated Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels.

  • Leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to guide content, channel strategy, and optimization.

  • Align campaign strategies with Mastercard’s brand identity and Services' business goals.

🟨 Analytics, Performance Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign data to extract insights, evaluate ROI, and recommend improvements.

  • Provide regular performance reports and trend analysis to marketing leadership.

🟨 Strategic Influence & Organizational Impact

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive a unified approach to capability marketing.

  • Serve as a thought leader and SME on integrated marketing within the organization.

  • Influence marketing strategy at both functional and regional levels.

🟨 Cross-functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as a liaison across product, marketing, commercialization, sales, and communications teams.

  • Share best practices and educate broader marketing teams on effective B2B capability marketing techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Solid B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Proven ability to execute high-performing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse regions.

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for simplifying complex concepts.

  • Experience collaborating across departments and influencing strategic decisions.

  • Highly self-motivated with a passion for innovation and customer engagement.
