Secops Mid Developer

Description:

We're seeking a Mid Developer - SecOps for a Public Sector client (Canada Remote). This 6-month contract (extension possible) requires ServiceNow Certified professionals with 5+ years software development, 3+ years ServiceNow development, 4+ years lead experience, and SecOps specialization in GRC/Vulnerability Response or Integrations.

Mandatory Certifications
 

• ICAgile OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist AND/OR ServiceNow Application Developer
   

Must Haves
 

• Software development: 5+ years
• ServiceNow development: 3+ years
• Java understanding
• Development lead experience: 4+ years (code reviews/PR strategy/team coaching)
• SecOps specialization: GRC OR Vulnerability Response OR Integrations
   

Core Responsibilities
 

• ServiceNow SecOps development (GRC/Vulnerability/Integrations)
• Technical leadership: code reviews, branch strategy, DevSecOps practices
• Cross-functional Agile delivery of user stories/features/enhancements
• Custom ServiceNow application design/coding/implementation
• Unit testing + acceptance criteria validation
• Production bug troubleshooting + fixes
