As a Seasonal Associate, you will be directly contributing to store sales and providing exceptional customer service while showcasing deep product knowledge and expertise. You will assist in various operational areas including sales, cash wrap, replenishment, and floorset activities, while ensuring that the store maintains its high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Floor Activities:

• Engage proactively with customers and provide personalized service.

• Offer bra fitting and style recommendations to enhance customer experience.

• Convert promotions, offers, and returns into larger sales opportunities.

Cash Wrap Duties:

• Ensure efficient and friendly checkout experiences.

• Accurately process transactions and reinforce customer buying decisions.

• Recover and maintain the cash wrap area to brand standards.

Processing & Replenishment:

• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor.

• Replenish products to maintain visual and inventory standards.

• Assist with markdowns, re-ticketing, and stock management.

Floorset & Visual Merchandising:

• Execute floorset changes effectively.

• Maintain visual standards and brand presentation in the store.

General Responsibilities:

• Drive top-line sales results and contribute to store growth.

• Support store strategies to reduce shrink and improve loss prevention.

• Assist in housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment.

• Demonstrate company values and support the Rewards Program.

Qualifications:

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and walking.
