Seasonal Educator

Description:

The Seasonal Educator is the foundation of lululemon’s in-store guest experience. Educators create meaningful connections with guests, deliver high-quality product education, and embody lululemon’s culture and community values. This role includes engaging with guests, supporting store operations, and maintaining a premium retail environment. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Interact with guests to create an exceptional in-store experience.

• Identify guest needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

• Communicate product features, benefits, and technical details.

• Execute accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship-from-store).

• Move dynamically throughout the store to engage guests and support store needs.

• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.

Working with Others

• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and supportive team culture.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent guest experience.

• Build positive working relationships across the team.

Operations

• Perform product presentation, restocking, and inventory movement tasks.

• Use in-store technology to assist guests and support operations.

• Complete cleaning tasks to uphold lululemon’s luxury retail standard.

• Follow safety procedures and store policies.

• Perform duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to travel to store using own transportation.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.

• Able to move around the store for most of the shift.

• Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
