As a Seasonal Educator, you will represent lululemon’s brand and values at the Shops at Don Mills Pop Up location, creating outstanding guest experiences through genuine engagement, product expertise, and teamwork. Guest Experience:
Deliver exceptional, authentic guest experiences that prioritize customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Assess guests’ needs to offer personalized product recommendations and support.
Share expert-level product knowledge by explaining the technical features and benefits of lululemon apparel.
Ensure smooth and accurate transactions, assisting with omnichannel programs such as online pickups and phone orders.
Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, assisting guests and ensuring the store environment reflects lululemon’s brand values.
Gather and act on guest feedback, resolving issues in collaboration with store leadership.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Store Operations:
Restock merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain store displays according to company standards.

Eligibility:
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Must be able to commute to the assigned location.
Availability:
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with bright lights and background music.
Ability to move throughout the store during shifts and lift boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
Education (Preferred):
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Hourly pay: CAD 20.25 – 23.30 plus target bonus of CAD 2.00/hour.
