Victoria’s Secret & Co., a leading global retailer of lingerie, sleepwear, athleisure, and fragrances, is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates for its Outlet Collection location in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains brand standards throughout the busy seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers, assess needs, and provide expert product guidance, including bra fitting consultations.

• Convert promotions, returns, and offers into enhanced sales opportunities.

• Operate the cash wrap area efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

• Process, replenish, and organize merchandise to meet brand presentation standards.

• Assist with floorset activities, markdowns, re-ticketing, and other seasonal operational tasks.

• Contribute to sales growth by supporting store strategies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and minimizing shrink.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals (preferred).

• Strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.

• Competitive spirit with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, with frequent bending, stretching, and prolonged standing.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: CAD 18.00 – 20.65 per hour.
