Sap Functional Analyst

LGS, an IBM Company, is inviting applications for the role of SAP Functional Analyst (SD, PM, FICO, EWM) as part of its international recruitment program. This full-time opportunity is located in Montreal or Quebec City, Canada, and is open to both local and international candidates. The role offers a chance to be at the core of large-scale digital transformation projects within both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Guidance: Assist clients in identifying their needs and direct them toward the most appropriate SAP modules and functionalities.

• Module Configuration: Configure and customize SAP modules (SD, PM, FICO, or EWM) to align with specific business requirements.

• Process Oversight: Manage the entire work order lifecycle, from creation through closure.

• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and ensure seamless knowledge sharing with team members and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Bilingual in French and English – fluency is mandatory due to client and cross-provincial collaboration

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP projects involving one or more of the following modules: SD, PM, FICO, or EWM

• Strong expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance processes

• Solid understanding of integration points between SAP modules and how they interact in enterprise environments
