Salsify Services Manager

 

Description:

Flywheel is looking for a Salsify Services Manager to lead a team of Solutions Architects responsible for executing Salsify services for customers. The manager will drive revenue growth for Salsify support services, contribute to department and organizational initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert in Salsify services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for Salsify services, including new business and expanding existing contracts.

    • Act as a key technical resource in pre-contract support, addressing client inquiries and technical requirements.

    • Assist in contract negotiations, reviewing terms and providing insights.

  2. Client Support & Relationship Management:

    • Foster strong relationships with clients and provide guidance for Salsify client escalations.

    • Collaborate with Salsify to enhance team performance and identify new capabilities.

    • Track progress and utilization of client contract hours and ensure fulfillment.

  3. Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead a team of solutions architects by setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback.

    • Manage onboarding and ongoing training for new hires, developing skills in Salsify services.

    • Support team capacity planning, workload tracking, and hiring requests.

  4. Process Improvement:

    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within your area of ownership.

    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Salsify clients and relationships.

  • Experience leading high-performing teams with coaching and feedback skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or CPG is considered an asset.
