Salesforce Senior Developer

Aarorn Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Senior Developer to join its team in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Salesforce development who can design, develop, and implement scalable solutions, as well as integrate Salesforce with external systems. The position requires on-site presence four days a week, offering a blend of technical expertise and client interaction.

The Salesforce Senior Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless data integrity, and supporting both new and existing features. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical development skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools.

• Create and manage data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and enhancements.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, incorporating them into development workflows.

• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference.

• Actively participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development or related technical roles.

• Proficiency in Salesforce tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong knowledge of system integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware platforms.

• Experience with data migration strategies and maintaining data quality.

• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
