We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to join a growing Salesforce team. This role will focus on delivering complex technical solutions and contributing to the Patient Scheduling Project and Patient Portal website. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership, hands-on Salesforce development expertise, and the ability to lead requirements-gathering sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in technical requirements-gathering sessions
• Design and deliver complex Salesforce FSL solutions
• Develop and enhance features for patient scheduling and patient portal initiatives
• Collaborate within an Agile development environment
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Mandatory Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience, with at least 2 completed FSL projects
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex (Classes, Triggers)
• Salesforce Flows
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• VisualForce
• REST & SOAP APIs
• SOQL / SQL queries
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
• Experience with:
• Health Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Agile methodology
• Healthcare domain experience
