Description:

1Password, a leader in enterprise password management and Extended Access Management, is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join their Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that enable operational efficiency, scalability, and cross-system integration. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product teams, and technical partners to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions improving business processes, user experience, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and connected Revenue Operations systems (CPQ, ERP, billing, marketing automation).

• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to ensure alignment between development and configuration efforts.

• Optimize and refactor existing code and processes for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions.

• Manage data migration, cleansing, and synchronization strategies.

• Maintain technical documentation for code, integrations, and customizations.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending system enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II preferred. Salesforce Administrator certification required.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, Flows, and Apex Triggers.

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for scalable architecture.

• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and deployment strategies.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.

• Agile environment experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and custom development.

• Familiarity with integration platforms like Workato.

• Experience with advanced analytics integrations (Looker, Snowflake).

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot.

• Participation in Salesforce developer community or open-source projects.
