Description:

Yochana Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer (SFDC Jr. Developer) with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, specifically within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) domain, to join their Calgary-based team. This hybrid position (onsite Monday to Wednesday) requires professionals who are not only technically proficient in Salesforce architecture and development but also well-versed in the financial services industry (Banking, Wealth, Insurance, and Digital).

The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of FSC project implementations, integration frameworks within BFSI, and modern Salesforce development practices using Lightning Web Components and APEX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business strategies and requirements to design pragmatic Salesforce FSC-based solutions across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs).

• Evaluate existing environments and recommend CRM solutions using full Salesforce capabilities.

• Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, and resiliency are embedded in the solution design.

• Develop and enhance features on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with scrum teams in user story development, technical analysis, and effort estimation.

• Drive DevOps initiatives to streamline development processes.

• Adhere to internal Salesforce development standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce platform experience (configuration, customization, and development).

• Hands-on expertise with:

  • APEX (Business Logic & Flow)

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Data Flow

  • Salesforce Data Model and API integrations

• Salesforce Certifications (especially FSC Admin/Consultant) strongly preferred.

• Experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects and client implementations.

• Strong knowledge in BFSI domain: Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Digital/Data.

• Familiarity with integrations via MuleSoft, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Background in web development technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript, JSP, XML, HTML is an asset.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid – onsite presence mandatory on Monday & Wednesday)
