Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce Administration.

In depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Experience in conducting workshops and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Knowledge of other CRM systems and business analysis methodologies.
