Description:
CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm and a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for a 6-month temporary position in Montreal, QC. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are proactive, creative, and looking to expand their skills in administrative and marketing support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and marketing assistance to CBRE’s industrial brokerage team. This includes preparing promotional and marketing materials, coordinating broker calendars, supporting events and campaigns, and maintaining databases. This role requires in-office presence at CBRE’s Ville Saint-Laurent branch.
Marketing & Promotions:
Create client presentations, property brochures, social media content, and electronic campaigns.
Coordinate on-site property photoshoots and manage budget and billing with various vendors.
Apply creativity to improve marketing standards and visuals.
Database Management:
Maintain and update client and listing databases, project pipelines, and campaign tracking systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing and contact data.
Market Research & Reporting:
Generate market surveys, tour books, expense reports, and ad hoc performance reports.
Calendar & Coordination:
Manage appointment scheduling and property tour logistics for team members.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure operational flow.
Commission & Administrative Support:
Collect documentation and process commission payments for brokers.
Assist with administrative tasks and other support duties as needed.
Experience: 1–2 years in administrative support roles, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
Language: Bilingual – fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
Skills:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is considered a strong asset.
