Description:

Our client, a leading international company specializing in logistics, mail, and transportation services, is seeking a Sales Specialist - LTL Market – Major and National Accounts. In addition to developing their own client base, the Sales Specialist will serve as an expert to the major and national accounts team, helping them grow their business volume.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire profitable contracts in the cross-border LTL market.

  • Ensure growth and/or maintenance of revenues for assigned accounts, adhering to the established business plan.

  • Stay informed about market trends, including competition, customs, pricing, and product classification.

  • Leverage existing relationships to promote and sell the company’s full range of services, with a specific goal of increasing revenues for other subsidiaries.

  • Implement and follow a solicitation cycle to ensure customer satisfaction, account development, prospecting for new contracts, achieving set goals, and retaining clients.

  • Serve as a product and service expert in assigned territories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with major and/or national accounts.

  • Experience in selling LTL transportation services – required.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of information.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Dynamic and professional demeanor.

  • Exemplary customer service skills.

  • Bilingual (French and English) is required.
