Sales Representative

 

Description:

A well-established leader in the bearings and power transmission industry seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage business development and client relationships across Quebec and part of the Maritime provinces. This hybrid role involves 40% travel and 60% office work.

The ideal candidate thrives in both field and office settings, excels in building lasting relationships with distributors and OEMs, and is comfortable presenting tailored product solutions. This position requires strong communication skills in French (flawless) and English (advanced), as daily bilingual communication with the national team and clients is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Promote and present mechanical industry products to distributors and OEMs

  • Introduce new products and provide customized solutions

  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet objectives

  • Prepare quotes, follow up with clients, and manage expense reporting

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven outside sales experience

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Bilingual: French (perfect) and English (advanced)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales tools

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Professional, disciplined, and self-motivated
