Key Responsibilities:
Identify supply chain challenges and propose innovative, value-driven brokerage solutions
Differentiate the client’s value proposition to engage prospective clients effectively
Generate new revenue streams and build a strong portfolio of clients in an unsaturated market
Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer information
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in third-party logistics (3PL) brokerage sales
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and confident decision-making skills
Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
