Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify supply chain challenges and propose innovative, value-driven brokerage solutions

  • Differentiate the client’s value proposition to engage prospective clients effectively

  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer information

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in third-party logistics (3PL) brokerage sales

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and confident decision-making skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
