Sales Representative

Description:

Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, the ATV Product Specialist / Sales Representative is responsible of answering our customer’s needs, product sales and after-sales service and support representation.

Accountabilities:

• Captures, records and commits customer orders according to customer needs, agreement and defined service level
• Liaise with the relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment
• Capture, manage and report customer’s requests & claims
• Provide technical support of products to customers
• Always deliver exceptional customer service, contacts, follows-up and closes the loop with customers
• Continuously expand knowledge of powersport track system product line with customers
• Communicate and bring awareness of product sales programs and promotions
• Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports and dashboards
• Other related duties

Pre-requisites :

• 3 years of experience in a customer service role;
• Post-secondary diploma related to the job
• Bilingue (80% in english);
• Knowledge of the SAP system or a similar ERP; (Asset)
