Description:

Softchoice, a leading software-focused IT solutions and services provider, is seeking a Sr. Specialist for Sales Operations (Co-Sell) in Toronto. The role involves managing and supporting numerous active sales opportunities, creating support cases, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The specialist will facilitate collaboration among MSS, JA, and WWT Co-Sell channels. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, proactive professionals with strong sales involvement and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbox and case queue for open, closed, and in-progress opportunities to support operational efficiency.

• Identify potential sales opportunities and engagement avenues.

• Act as liaison between WWT AE and Softchoice.

• Initiate support cases for Co-Sell activities and RFP/RFQ support.

• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and update opportunity statuses.

• Support Services Team with SOW coordination.

• Attend Tiger Team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Keep updated on all opportunity statuses and participate in status calls.

• Ensure Salesforce records are accurate for reporting and reflect Win/Loss status.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of sales or sales support experience.

• University degree; sales certifications are a plus.

• Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; French is an asset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with case and opportunity management systems preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
