Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations within a defined territory for our Power Equipment Division. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and a proven ability to exceed aggressive sales targets.

In this role, you will play a critical part in not only maintaining but significantly expanding our market presence. You will bring a deep understanding of the power equipment landscape — including generators, diesel engines, energy storage systems, load banks, and electrical distribution systems — to confidently engage with clients, assess their needs, and offer well-informed solutions.

You will be expected to maintain a minimum annual sales budget of $4 million, consistently seeking new opportunities to grow territory revenue. Your ability to leverage CRM tools like Salesforce will be key to efficiently managing the sales pipeline, tracking client interactions, and producing actionable sales forecasts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, target-driven environment and has the leadership capability to help shape the territory's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed annual sales goals

  • Maintain existing client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with customer needs

  • Provide market feedback and insights to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies

  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and key account performance using CRM systems
