Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly driven and experienced District Sales Manager to lead its Cortex Cloud sales division in the Toronto region. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, scaling business operations, and fostering innovation in one of the fastest-growing areas of cybersecurity.

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a high-performing team of sales specialists, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and building a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. The role requires engaging with executive-level stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs) to translate complex cybersecurity offerings into clear business outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in implementing data-driven sales strategies, managing pipelines effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales engineers, marketing, and channel partners to deliver seamless customer success. The position demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and a “whatever it takes” mindset to drive above-quota performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity solution sales and leadership in high-growth environments.

  • Proven track record of managing large deals and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and go-to-market strategies.

  • Established relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and key security decision-makers.

  • Experience in partner/channel sales models with operational excellence.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
