The Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive (Customer Solutions Lead - CSL) plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise-level IT transformation for clients. The position involves partnering with customers to envision and implement the next generation of their IT infrastructure, leveraging Softchoice’s service portfolio and strategic vendor partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex services sales processes across assigned enterprise accounts.

  • Design and execute customer expansion strategies in collaboration with district sales leaders.

  • Identify, create, and grow new service opportunities while accelerating deal closures.

  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers in aligning technology solutions with their business goals.

  • Lead high-level discussions with C-suite executives (CFOs, COOs, CIOs) to communicate the business and financial impact of IT transformation initiatives.

  • Create and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and workshops to define innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal presales, services, and account teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and handle escalations effectively.

  • Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant in helping organizations modernize applications, migrate to cloud environments, and optimize digital operations.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in technology-related roles.

    • Minimum 8 years in technology sales or technical presales with a strong background in managed services and digital transformation.

    • Proven consultative sales expertise, ideally with Challenger Sales Training background.

    • Experience leading large, multi-technology service deals.

  • Education and Certifications:

    • 3+ certifications across multiple vendors preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence decision-makers.

    • Ability to engage C-level executives with strategic and business-oriented conversations.

    • Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.

    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance environment.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the sales district.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
