Description:
HelloYugo, a premium, modern moving and white-glove delivery startup, is actively seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to build and lead their B2B and B2C sales growth function from scratch. This remote, full-time role is an opportunity to architect, scale, and own the complete sales pipeline for a high-potential startup aiming to redefine logistics and delivery service excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, hands-on approach to prospecting, lead generation, strategic outreach, and closing high-value contracts. With deep insight into building scalable sales processes and fostering lasting client relationships, you’ll collaborate directly with the founder and marketing team to fuel aggressive business growth.
Develop and execute a high-performing multi-channel lead-generation strategy, targeting both residential and commercial clients.
Personally drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing across B2B and high-touch B2C markets.
Maintain a pipeline of 100+ qualified leads per month, leveraging tools like HubSpot and CRM systems to track activities.
Identify and unlock new sales opportunities through traditional and unconventional channels including cold calls, associations, and industry events.
Build scalable sales playbooks covering prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and objection handling.
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with brand strategy and maximize sales funnel efficiency.
Define, track, and exceed KPIs while working hand-in-hand with the founder to scale the sales team.
Represent HelloYugo at events, trade shows, and partner opportunities to expand market visibility.
Maintain deep customer insight to ensure solutions are tailored and satisfaction is maximized.
3–5 years experience in B2B or high-touch B2C sales, with a proven track record of $500K–$1M+ in personal annual revenue.
Demonstrated success building sales infrastructure and systems from early startup stages.
Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRMs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while collaborating cross-functionally.
Experience in the moving/delivery or logistics sector is a plus.
Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience (exact figure not specified).
Commission: 5% on all closed deals (uncapped).
