Description:
Quadient is seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Sales Enablement & SDR Operations Manager to help shape and elevate our global Sales Development Representative (SDR) programs. Reporting to the VP, Global Sales Development, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment and wants to build systems that empower SDRs to succeed at scale.
In this critical role, you will be both a strategic architect and hands-on executor, spearheading enablement frameworks, automation tools, AI-powered efficiencies, and sales technology integrations. Your mission will be to drive higher SDR performance, faster onboarding, improved personalization, and overall pipeline growth through intelligent operations.
You'll work across multiple regions and product lines to support SDRs targeting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients, implementing scalable solutions that streamline and elevate the entire SDR process. Key Responsibilities:
Design, optimize, and scale SDR training programs, sales playbooks, and workflow automations
Implement AI-driven tools and personalization frameworks to enhance SDR productivity and outreach effectiveness
Collaborate with AI engineers and technology vendors to trial and integrate innovative sales tools
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align pipeline strategies and optimize conversion processes
Oversee the sales tech stack used by SDRs, ensuring tools are efficient, adopted, and aligned with best practices
Foster a culture of alignment, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration across global SDR teams
Participate in occasional travel for strategic meetings, workshops, or team events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or related field
Proven track record in driving measurable improvements in sales performance, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution
High proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and AI/ML-driven enablement tools
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across international teams
