Description:

Cloudbeds, a globally recognized hospitality technology provider, is seeking a Sales Director to lead strategic growth and drive high-value sales within the mid-market and enterprise hotel segments. This is a fully remote role where you will collaborate with a team spread across more than 40 countries and work alongside industry leaders and innovators redefining hotel operations through cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.

As a Sales Director, you will take charge of building revenue-generating partnerships with independent hotels and hotel groups. You will leverage your strong industry network and technical expertise to position Cloudbeds as the go-to platform for unified property management, distribution, reservations, and revenue tools.

This is a hunter role, focused on acquiring new clients, rather than managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic plans to grow revenue through new client acquisition

  • Identify and convert sales opportunities in the mid-market hospitality sector

  • Deliver engaging, virtual sales presentations tailored to each client

  • Represent Cloudbeds at top-tier industry events and trade shows

  • Act as a brand ambassador, expanding awareness of Cloudbeds' solutions

  • Provide continuous field insights to sales, marketing, and product teams

  • Cultivate strong post-sale relationships that support client retention and referrals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably within SaaS or hospitality tech

  • Deep knowledge of the mid-market hotel ecosystem and its operational needs

  • Ability to build and manage long-term pipelines without inbound SDR/BDR support

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and advanced pipeline management

  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable challenging the status quo

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Property Management System (PMS) technology

  • Experience within the hospitality or lodging industry

  • Multilingual communication skills are a strong plus
