Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the voice of Clutch for customers looking to buy or sell their vehicles. This role focuses on outbound and inbound communications to educate and assist customers through the Clutch process.
You’ll play a key role in connecting customers to Clutch’s innovative platform, delivering a premium and frictionless car-buying and selling experience.
Proactively contact potential customers via warm calls, emails, and SMS to assist in selling their car to Clutch
Handle inbound calls from customers interested in buying vehicles
Educate customers about Clutch’s process and guide them through their first steps
Record customer interactions and update all details in CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
Communicate the unique advantages and excitement of Clutch’s online automotive model
1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Passion for cars and enthusiasm for disrupting the traditional automotive industry
Self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
On-site attendance required (Mississauga facility)
Weekend availability required
