MarketStar is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join a new and exciting global pilot team based in Dublin, Ireland. In this pivotal role, you will represent one of the world’s most exciting companies in mobility – Google – specifically focusing on Pixel for Business within the German market. This is a hunter role, primarily involving cold outreach and/or managing warm leads from marketing initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven individual looking to expand their career in technology sales, elevate their experience with cutting-edge technology,

On a daily basis, you will engage with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also coordinate with cross-functional sales teams, manage your pipeline, and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.

 

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - Dublin 18

 

What will you do?

  • Generate interest in Pixel devices for business through transformative and transactional sales approaches.
  • Become a product expert in Pixel for Business, expertly managing objections, conducting customer demonstrations, and guiding prospects towards sales closure.
  • Prospect and hunt for new logo customers within the German market, evangelizing Google device hardware (Pixel) and qualifying leads for appropriate partners.
  • Ensure the successful execution and attainment of daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize excellent sales skills to maximize sales attainment while managing a true solution sell.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, demonstrating a results-oriented approach and proven success in sales attainment.
  • Other applicable duties as assigned.

 

What you will need to succeed?

  • Fluency in both English and German is essential to effectively cold call, email, and engage with prospects, partners, and potential stakeholders in the German market.
  • Proven experience in reaching or exceeding SDR activity goals/quotas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other prospecting and CRM platforms.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
  • A keen interest in leading-edge technology and an affinity for innovative and emerging tech.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Expert ability to serve as a product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition.
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and chat (previous chat experience preferred).
  • Ability to effectively navigate through multiple web applications and multiple web chat sessions simultaneously in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to achieve established sales goals and objectives.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and relevant computer software and hardware.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in a quota-driven, high-demand sales environment
  • High cognitive ability with a passion for finding solutions to challenges.
