Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Development Manager (Multi-Channel) to join its team in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to represent one of the world’s most iconic brands while managing diverse customer relationships across multiple sales channels.
As a Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will serve as a key point of contact between Coke Canada and its customers, including grocery stores, mass merchandisers, convenience and gas retailers, restaurants, bars, and food service outlets. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, drive profitable growth, and build lasting partnerships that position Coca-Cola Canada Bottling as the supplier of choice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across multiple channels to develop customized business plans that align with both client and company objectives.
Drive revenue and profit growth through effective execution of promotions, merchandising displays, and equipment placements.
Implement national brand strategies by executing customer-specific promotional programs and sales initiatives.
Maximize face-to-face selling opportunities through efficient time and territory management.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with merchandising and sales execution teams to achieve revenue and profit targets while ensuring product availability and merchandising standards.
Assemble and maintain displays, sections, racks, end caps, and coolers following Coca-Cola Canada Bottling standards.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance as needed in the role.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
Post-secondary education in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the consumer goods or beverage industry.
Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management is an asset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Customer-service oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in using business and sales-related software tools.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current vehicle liability insurance.
Must meet Coca-Cola Canada’s driving record requirements as per MVR policy.
