Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored solutions and outstanding customer experiences to Virgin Plus Members

• Listen actively to understand member needs and provide personalized product recommendations

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and adapt to ongoing changes in the telecom industry

• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store objectives
