Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared and personal sales goals.

  • Assist customers by building relationships and guiding purchases.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of The Brick’s products and services.

  • Establish quick rapport with customers to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Willingness and ability to learn new computer applications.

  • Flexibility to work all shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
