This position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, customer engagement, and achieving sales success in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Sales Consultant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and promoting Bell’s innovative products and services. You’ll help customers find the right solutions to stay connected and ensure every visit to the store is a positive, memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that creates loyal, returning customers.

  • Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Bell products and services.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing tailored solutions and value-added services.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell’s products, promotions, and technological offerings.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration, motivation, and growth.

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Support store operations, including merchandising and inventory management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work flexible schedules.

  • Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality is highly desirable.

  • Passion for technology and enthusiasm to learn about new products and services.

  • Adequate proficiency in French is required for positions based in Quebec.

  • Bilingual abilities in other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, or Thai) are considered an asset.
