Description:

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the store’s overall performance. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador, providing personalized service, building customer relationships, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. The Sales Associate III ensures adherence to Coach’s service and selling standards, operational policies, and visual merchandising guidelines.

The position requires multitasking on the sales floor, backroom, and cash wrap areas, while supporting inventory management, clienteling, and customer follow-ups. The role emphasizes teamwork, creativity, customer focus, and adaptability to meet dynamic retail demands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized customer service and drive sales using Coach’s Service and Selling Models.

  • Build ongoing relationships with customers and act as a fashion advisor.

  • Understand and communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

  • Cross-sell and suggest add-on products based on customer needs.

  • Maintain the store, sales floor, and backroom to Coach standards.

  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

  • Replenish inventory and support visual merchandising.

  • Participate in achieving personal and store sales metrics.

  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, productive environment.

  • Adapt to high-traffic periods, seasonal promotions, and store events.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

  • Proficient with POS systems, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and basic computer skills.

  • Ability to handle physical tasks: lifting up to 25–50 lbs, bending, kneeling, maneuvering sales floor and stockroom.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
