Mango Biche Mia, a vibrant and fast-growing Latin-inspired brand, is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their team as Employé(e) de kiosque at their CF Fairview Pointe-Claire location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, engaging with customers, and delivering high-quality service with energy and positivity.

As a kiosk employee, you will be responsible for preparing and serving Mango Biche Mia’s signature fruit-based snacks and bowls while maintaining excellent service standards and a clean, organized workspace. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each customer enjoys a fun, flavorful, and friendly experience that reflects the company’s unique Latin roots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble fruit bowls and snacks according to company standards for cutting, portioning, and presentation.

• Provide warm, dynamic, and professional service to customers at all times.

• Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kiosk, ensuring compliance with MAPAQ hygiene standards.

• Handle multitasking during busy periods — managing production, service, restocking, and light opening/closing duties.

• Receive deliveries, check inventory, and restock fruits and supplies as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent customer service skills with experience in retail, food service, or kiosk operations.

• Comfortable with manual work involving fruit preparation and standing for extended periods.

• Strong sense of cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards (MAPAQ).

• Able to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

• Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is an asset).

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
