In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class optical retail experience to every patient and customer who walks through the door. You will assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their optical prescriptions, lifestyle needs, and fashion preferences. Your ability to build genuine customer relationships, offer tailored vision solutions, and use your retail experience will position you as a key contributor to the store’s success.

You will utilize various optical tools for accurate measurements and collaborate with Opticians to ensure prescriptions are accurately fulfilled. Alongside sales, you will contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of the store, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Your participation in team meetings and willingness to maintain professional, respectful relationships with colleagues, managers, doctors, and Target Host partners (if co-located) will help cultivate an inclusive and motivated environment. You’ll be expected to embrace new technologies and adapt to changes quickly, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a healthcare-related retail environment where attention to detail and care for the customer are top priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.

• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills.

• Comfortable with adapting to new technologies and changes.

• Sales-driven mindset with accountability for results.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a dynamic retail environment.
