We are currently seeking a Sales and Supply Coordinator to join our team full-time at our St-Hubert, QC office. This role is key to managing the coordination of sales activities and procurement operations, including handling orders, interacting with suppliers and clients, and ensuring seamless internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management & Client Relations:

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries from current and potential clients.

  • Ensure thorough tracking of quotes, orders, and deliveries, maintaining quality and accuracy standards in coordination with the internal sales team.

  • Identify opportunities for additional sales (cross-selling and up-selling).

  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, technical sheets, and presentations.

  • Support field representatives with up-to-date stock, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Purchasing & Replenishment Management:

  • Plan and manage product restocking based on sales trends, forecasts, and projects.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Place purchase orders and track production and delivery timelines.

  • Monitor market prices and participate in negotiating purchasing terms.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in the purchasing process.

Sales & Operations Coordination:

  • Align activities between sales, procurement, and production.

  • Develop and monitor weekly performance dashboards.

  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches, including regulatory approval processes with provincial clients such as the SQDC.

Client Account Follow-Up:

  • Update client data using Google Drive and future CRM tools.

  • Generate weekly sales and performance reports.

  • Track customer satisfaction KPIs and processing lead times.

Market Intelligence:

  • Collect and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor information.

  • Participate in sales meetings and suggest optimization ideas.

Logistics Support:

  • Work with the Director of Operations, internal teams, and clients to streamline the purchasing process.

  • Ensure label requests comply with internal standards through coordination with the in-house specialist.

  • Support cross-functional process improvements with relevant teams.
