  • Oversee the delivery of complex advisory services to clients in the insurance vertical
  • Use your proven leadership skills to create a cohesive shared culture across STG and Aon to promote Delivering Aon United, Aon’s approach to delivering the firm at the point of the client to elevate client conversations and interaction
  • Contributing to building high performing teams, fostering a culture of development, and learning to nurture talent.
  • Continually role modelling Delivering Aon United behaviours, identifying which parts of Aon are most relevant to the insurance vertical and build mechanisms to best interact and maximise opportunities

You will work with STG consultants, advisors, technical experts as well as the broader Aon domain experts who interact with market leaders in the (re)insurance industry helping them define their future. Created in 2008, our consulting team has grown year-on-year and we’re based in our offices in London, New York, Chicago, Miami, Singapore, Sydney, Dublin, Toronto, Paris, and Rotterdam. Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Demonstrated experience of building trusted advisor relationships within an advisory business in relevant (re)insurance markets
  • Deep market knowledge and the ability to translate that into impactful client sales and engagement strategies
  • Proven and extensive experience in selling and delivering consulting/advisory services to clients, ideally in Financial Services sector
  • Track record of successfully building growth plans and accelerating business development within an advisory function
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills – team leadership, relationship building, communication
  • Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, commitment, resolving problems, decisiveness, and commitment to personal development
