Labatt Breweries of Canada, one of Canada’s most iconic and historic brewers, is looking to hire a Sales and Merchandising Representative for the Kitchener / Waterloo area, based out of Toronto, ON. This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site contract role that provides a gateway into the sales, merchandising, and marketing world of one of the most recognized beer brands in the country.
As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you’ll take ownership of Labatt’s portfolio in your assigned territory, developing relationships with key retailers, executing merchandising standards, supporting marketing activations, and ensuring Labatt’s iconic brands – including Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Corona, and Michelob Ultra – are well presented and highly visible.
This role is perfect for someone driven, energetic, and looking to build a long-term career in sales with future opportunities to grow into positions such as Business Development Representative within the company.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with retail clients and accounts
Set up, merchandise, and optimize in-store promotional displays and product placements
Coordinate and execute marketing activations such as brand promotions, trade shows, events, concerts, and launch parties
Create strategic plans for optimal product routing and presence in bars, restaurants, and retail stores
Perform in-person client visits to monitor performance and ensure merchandising standards
Support regional sales campaigns and branding activities
Track progress and accountability across a portfolio of customers
Represent Labatt's values and iconic image through every touchpoint with the public and customers
Competitive base salary of $45000/year
Bonus potential of $4000/year

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or hospitality is a strong asset
