Go RH is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run leader in the school and commercial transportation industry in Quebec. The organization is looking for a Sales and Inventory Coordinator to play a vital operational support role. This position is perfect for candidates who are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy maintaining smooth workflows within fast-paced environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle sales coordination, inventory tracking, and administrative processes, acting as a critical link between sales representatives, management, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Order Coordination:

• Prepare vehicle orders via manufacturer portals (in English).

• Monitor delivery schedules, transportation logistics, and invoicing.

• Handle quotes, billing, and responses to tenders.

• Support sales representatives in managing client cases.

Administrative and File Management:

• Create and maintain client and sales files.

• Participate in team meetings and provide administrative sales support.

• Verify invoices and liaise with manufacturers for issue resolution.

Inventory Management:

• Create and monitor stock entries in the ERP system.

• Generate monthly reports and conduct physical inventories.

• Track vehicles delivered and available in real-time.

Operational Support:

• Act as a key point of contact between departments.

• Participate in government tender submissions.

• Provide backup support for the Sales Assistant as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination or sales support.

• Strong command of Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (SERTI is an asset).

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong written communication in both French and English.

• Experience in the manufacturing or transportation sector is considered an advantage.
