Sales Advisor

 

Description:

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers, promote fashion trends and products, support sales targets, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and contribute to the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience.

  • Promote products, trends, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Maintain stock levels, garment care, and visual presentation.

  • Operate fitting room and checkout areas.

  • Support opening and closing procedures.

  • Participate in team feedback, onboarding, and training sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or retail preferred.

  • Passion for fashion and customer experience.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Flexibility and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
