Description:
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers, promote fashion trends and products, support sales targets, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and contribute to the overall customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience.
Promote products, trends, and sustainability initiatives.
Maintain stock levels, garment care, and visual presentation.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas.
Support opening and closing procedures.
Participate in team feedback, onboarding, and training sessions.
Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
Passion for fashion and customer experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
