As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building long-term, loyal client relationships, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the store’s overall success.

The role is commission-based, offering high earning potential directly tied to your sales performance. You will also play an active part in visual merchandising, client follow-ups, and personalized customer engagement while staying updated on fashion trends and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service to all clients.

  • Achieve and exceed sales and service goals.

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

  • Attend all training sessions, including product information, vendor sessions, and in-house workshops.

  • Perform visual merchandising, price adjustments, and other sales-supporting tasks.

  • Regularly communicate with personal clientele via phone, email, or mail about store events, product requests, and follow-ups.

  • Address customer service concerns promptly and collaborate with the sales management team when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy, health and safety, and cybersecurity regulations.

  • Leverage Holt Renfrew 360 application to provide tailored recommendations based on customer purchase history and preferences.

  • Stay informed about new product deliveries and emerging fashion trends to maximize sales opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to build a personal fashion brand and attract new clients.

  • Ability to use multiple digital tools and channels for client acquisition and engagement.

  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.

  • Strong product knowledge across multiple merchandise categories.
